JK Front Bumper, shipped fully welded. Cut from .250" steel and CNC formed on our 5-axis press brake. Optional clevis mounts bolt to the frame rails over the bumper mounts.

After searching for a reasonably priced and well build bumper for months i ran across this beauty, shipping was quick and the quality is excellent! And for the same price as the cheap no name chinesium bumpers on amazon.
Added a bull bar and modified the winch mount. Found some Carriage bolts with the help of a sledge hammer that were a perfect fit into the clevis mounts to fasten the bumper.
I love the bumper but I never would have been able to install it with out help. We had to modify the jeep by shaving off a portion of the original bumper mounts and enlarge one of the holes in order to get the Bumper to fit. This took approximately 4-5 hours in a shop with three people and the best tools. It would still be in my garage, in the box, if they had not helped me. Now that it is on, I love it. The look of the jeep was completely transformed and looks 100% better. Love the bumper, just didn't love the install.
Very strong and nice welds
This bumper is awesome looking and minimal. The welds are spot on and will never break. The thick gauge metal makes it durable and outlast any other bumper. This thing will bend or deform in any way. Highly recommended!
FYI: Only downside is you have to make some minor adjustments to the frontm end of the Jeep in order to get it to fit, but definitely worth it
