Return Policy - Ordered incorrectly or Return for credit 

  • Returns for card/cash refund accepted within 30 days of delivery date 
  • Store credit given after 30 days of order date
  • No returns accepted after 90 days unless given authorization
  • Shipping is paid by customer for returns or exchanges 
  • All items must be returned or refunded through original purchaser
  • Warranties are non-transferable
  • Payment refunded through original payment type
  • 15% restocking fee applied to all returns except when receiving store credit
  •  Customer is responsible for shipping back items in same original condition as sent. If parts were unwrapped or taken out of box when received, the customer needs to wrap each part securely when shipping back to Ballistic. Joints need to have shanks wrapped when shipping back, we cannot offer the applicable credit or refund if the threads are damaged during the return process.
  • Please ensure proper packaging for returned items and include paperwork that was sent with the order in the box with your return
  • Custom orders are FINAL 
  • All walk-in orders that are returned are charged a 15% restocking fee unless approved by management
  • All returns MUST be in original unpainted and unused condition
  • Warranties on serviceable items only reflect on manufacture defect and not wear
  • All dealer/wholesale orders are final unless authorized
  • The customer is responsible for inspecting the entirety of their order 7 days after receiving to verify correctness and fitment. Ballistic may decline resolving any issues with missing or blemished items after the 30 days

Return Policy - Received improper product or product blemished

  • 90 day return policy unless authorized
  • Return label will be sent to the shipping address on order, for parts to be returned to Ballistic Fabrication
  • Parts will be exchanged for proper product or refunded after inspection and approval
