Tube Adapter
1.25" Square Tube Adapter
Available for both 1.75" and 2.00" Square Tubing

 

 
Use in square thin or heavy wall tubing with an inner dimension of 1.5". Fully machined on our lathe and 4th axis mill for concentricity and ability to offer a low price. Threads are 1.25" - 12 tpi. Overall length of tube adapter is 2.375". Relief is cut along the length of the body to clear larger weld seams in tubing. Fully threaded to allow use of any length threaded joint. Tube inner dimensions may vary from manufacturer, shank length of tube adapter is 1.375" +/- (.005).

Fit and finish

I recieved the day they were scheduled to be delivered, which is unheard of here in Canada, when ordering out of the US, anyhow.

Opened the package and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package, and… OMG, it’s exactly as pictured… not like the fast food commercials where the AD’s are amazing looking burgers and then you get it and it looks like a sloppy joe that’s been driven over, twice.

But these are great! Finish is amazing. Threads are clean, not all choppy like when I turn threads on a lathe. Welded amazing!

Very happy with my purchace, would highly recommend to anyone!
