Although I haven’t had the opportunity to install the step down spacers I ordered- I will say the customer service, communication, and shipping was above my expectation from Ballistic! I know they have odd hours/days off/ but add to that their customer base and still their ability to communicate back n forth in real time was amazing, and to boot when my product arrived they threw in some cool merch! Again.. they didn’t have to do that but another example of great business ethics which has gone by the wayside these days from a lot of sellers! As to the step down spacers - they appear of great quality and looking forward to putting them on my 19 RZR Turbo/SandCraft steering rack with new heims. Thank You Ballistic Fab!

Step Down Spacer
The 1/2" diameter is tight on the rod end and the size is inconsistent with other parts.
