| NEW Ballistic Rod Ends VER 3.0
NEW BRASS RACES INCREASE LIFE AND STRENGTH.
Choose from 3/4", 5/8", or 9/16" bore.
Introducing our newest in high performance suspension, the 4340 Billet Ballistic Rod End delivers the best. Offering 70 degrees of misalignment and a rebuildable bearing race, these joints will outlast the traditional rod end.
Why choose these joints over traditional rod ends?
First and most obvious, these are rebuildable for only a fraction of the cost of a 1.25" heim. These are machined from billet heat treated 4340. You won't find many mainstream manufacturers that will tell you what their "alloy" rod ends consist of. A lot of manufacturers do not machine from billets, they are finished from forgings, and nearly all of them begin life in China. The Ballistic Rod Ends are a true grease-able joint. Our billet machined BRASS races feature a longer life and higher strength than any other style race on the market. The 17-4ph stainless steel ball is precision machined and then hardened to 44Rc. We incorporate a 3.5" long shank, about 1.25" longer than any heim on the market today. Last, these are 100% made in the USA from USA derived raw product.
