Worked for me.
  I had to redo my front steering which required me to use new tube adapters. I hated my original ones. They weren't long enough and kept half of the threaded shaft of the tie-rod exposed (weaker). Ballistics tube adapters are low profile to the end of the DOM. They're threaded all of the way through the indside and opened on both ends so you can adjust the tie-rod all of the way in if need be (stronger). The portion of the adapter's head is angled enough to lay a nice bead as well.
